For the past 25 years, Chef Albion has been creating traditional Italian cuisine dishes in the Hartford county. He started working in the kitchen at an early age and has worked for a wide variety of restaurants including Max Restaurant Group, Casa Mia, Carbones, Vitos By The Water, Bellagio’s and many more. He has a broad knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine, and he looks forward to serving you!

Parties & Catering

Let us do the cooking while you enjoy the party. Our off-site catering is ideal for parties of 20 or more. We cater for many occasions and events such as birthday parties, engagements, stag parties, funerals and more.
